# Job Description
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
–>Advocate of the High Court with experience in litigation and corporate law
–>LLB degree with a solid academic transcript
–>LLM in dispute resolution or commercial law or that related fields will be an added advantage
–>Transactional and corporate experience
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
–>Attending to consultations with clients
–>Undertaking legal research on various clients’ commercial matters
–>Drafting court documents, including opinions, letters and memoranda
–>Drafting commercial agreements and other transaction-related ancillary documents and agreements
–>Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and employment policies
–>Representing the firm’s clients in courts of law and tribunals as well as other dispute resolution forums

–>Proficient in Word and Outlook.
