A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated,
enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following positions:
Channels Management Analyst
Reporting to Head, Digital and Alternate Channels, s/he will perform the
responsibility of:
–>To ensure the systematic and effectual deployment of new channels and modifications to the existing channels products such as USSD, Access Mobile, Access Online, Debit.
–>To development strategies to drive customer onboarding and usage of digital and alternate channels products.
–>To ensure the implementation of all channel products such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Remittances, liability and consumer finance product in the bank.
–>To ensure the sign off of all new channel products within project timeline.
–>To ensure nationwide Product knowledge training for newly-introduced products within the first month of launch.
–>To conduct monthly and quarterly channels performance reviews and profitability monitoring.
–>To generate informative and up to date competition analysis of the top 10 Banks in the country.
–>To carry out a ‘year-end’ review of product performance for improvement or outright rationalization.
Qualification and Skills:
–>First degree in any relevant discipline.
–>Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 in Product Development Preferable
–>Excellent Business Development and Management
–>Strong Analytical skills
–>Advance marketing & sales skills
–>Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Banking market
