# Job Description
The Madison Health & Risk Management MH invites applications from suitably
qualified and experienced individuals to be recruited as Corporate Marketing
Executives to be based in Lusaka
KEY QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES & ABILITIES
–>Grade twelve 12 certificate
–>A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business-related course
–>The candidate should be self-motivated
–>Strong people skills and must be a team player
–>Effective verbal & written communication
–>Well organized with excellent computer skills
–>Should be able to meet Budget and deadlines, be flexible and use initiative
–>Should have selling and strong presentation skills
–>Working experience of two years & above in sales & Marketing is Mandatory
–>Insurance Qualification will be added advantage
–>Valid driver’s license is Mandatory
–>Must be above 25 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
–>Marketing and selling of health insurance products and Managed fund
–>Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
–>Reach out to customers using various means such as cold calling, visitation etc.
–>Ensure client satisfaction by expediting resolution of customer complaints
–>Meet or exceed Marketing target on monthly basis
–>Coordinate Marketing efforts with other team members
–>Timely reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
–>Timely reporting on daily reports & weekly reports
–>Daily client visitation i.e., prospecting for new clients
