# Job Description

DEPARTMENT : Marketing

VACANCY : Customer Retention Analyst – Airtel Money

LEVEL : Senior Officer

LOCATION : Lusaka, HQ

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Retention Analyst – Airtel Money will be responsible for
developing, implementing and optimizing the reporting framework that will
drive the insights needed to improve campaign performance. In addition, the
role holder will own analysis of bucket trends for Airtel Money Key
Performance Indicators, support the marketing function in all pricing,
planning and coordination to get to market all product plans and drive Airtel
money to GSM penetration. He/She will also support the marketing team in
optimizing marketing communications programme through the provision of
programming and analytical support.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

1\. Campaign Programming and Creation.

2\. Campaign Quality Assurance and Integrity checks.

3\. Campaign Performance Optimization, Tracking and Reporting.

4\. Survey Data Collection, Validation and Opportunity analysis.

5\. Marketing Communication.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills · A
recognized university degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuarial or
equivalent.· Strong SQL and data mining knowledge.

· Experience in a telecommunication environment will be an added advantage.

· Analytical skills and capabilities.

Relevant Experience · Minimum of 3 years working experience in Customer
Value campaign management and programming.· Extensive campaign
analysis and reporting experience in a complex environment.

· Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.

· Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Other requirements Behavioral etc. · Result orientation.· Achieving
Business Success and relationship management.

· Proactive and displaying Entrepreneurial Spirit.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
