# Job Description
Summary Description
–>Collecting data
–>Sourcing missing data
–>Organizing data usable format.
–>Developing, implementing, and maintaining database.
–>Maintaining Sales data of primary and secondary market.
–>Provide insight of market and product performance on the base of available and maintained data base.
–>Publish daily Budget Vs actual and variance analysis at product, region and sales executive level performance.
–>Publish monthly and weekly performance report.
–>Co-ordinate between Sales, Accounts and management on weekly basis and update performance of all salespeople.
Essential Qualities, qualifications and experience
–>Should be self-starter and self-motivated.
–>Should be team player.
–>Should have Sense of ownership and should play key role to achieve organizational goals.
–>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
–>Person with relevant qualification would be preferred.
–>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
–>Should have proficiency in MS office Excel, Word, Power point
–>SQL and Excess would be added advantage.
–>At least a Diploma in information Systems
–>At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
