# Job Description
We are urgently looking for high-performing and self-motivated Direct Sales
Agents DSAs and Client Relationship Advisors CRAs, resident within
Chingola, to drive the sales processes of loans in a microfinance industry.
REQUIREMENTS
–>At least Diploma in business administration or a related field;
–>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at branch level;
–>Previous experience will be an advantage.
