# Job Description
Our Client, in the Engineering and Construction industry, seeks a professional
Marketer/Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate should have experience in
basic knowledge of engineering, printing, graphic designing and general
construction.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Manager
Interacts With: Clients, Suppliers, Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop strategies/ideas to increase the growth of the company
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
Manage communication with Clients and Suppliers
Keep track of customers orders, ensure that the right orders are delivered to
clients and documentation is correctly done
Maintain excellent customer service
Manage and maintain all company social media advertisements
Public relations
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 2 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Marketing /Business Administration/Public Administration
Software: MS Office
Equipment: Work related
Knowledge Of: Engineering drawings and software
Skills To: Work on basic knowledge of engineering, printing, graphic designing
and general construction
Ability To: Represent the company, read engineering designs and software
Other Requirements: Candidate with a valid Drivers License would be an added
advantage
