–>Do you have 7-8 years’ experience in an HR generalist role preferable in a service related or FMCG environment? Have you managed or led a team?
In this role you will be responsible for:
–>Effective attraction, selection and recruitment of people
–>Change Management
–>Effective business partnerships
–>Effective management of employee relations and climate including retention
–>Effective HR Administration including compliance
–>HR Project management
–>Facilitation of diversity, change and transformation processes
–>Effective management of talent and succession planning
–>Effective leadership and team management

–>Relevant Diploma/ Degree at NQF Level 7
