STEPUP GRADUATE TRAINEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Chilanga Cement Plc. is the leading supplier of building materials and
construction solutions in Zambia. It is a member of Huaxin Cement, a highly
successful multi-national corporation majoring in cement, concrete,
aggregates, environmental protection, equipment manufacturing, engineering and

Chilanga Cement is proud to announce the launch of its Graduate Trainee
program for 2022, Step Up. Step Up is an 18 – months program tailored to give
your career the boost it needs to build a bright and solid future. Throughout
the program, you will gain the exposure that will enable you to explore our
business, the various fields of expertise and most importantly your potential.
The Step Up program offers an opportunity to grow your career at Huaxin Cement
locally, regionally and globally. So far 85% of Graduate Trainees and Interns
have been fused into Permanent roles in the business.
Eligible graduates should meet the following criteria:
–>25 years of age and below
–>Up to 2 Years of work experience
–>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial
Internship Program
In addition to this, Chilanga Cement offers an Internship Program which
provides opportunities for recent graduates to gain practical work experience
and develop critical skills in the areas of their career interests, under the
support and guidance of experienced employees in respective areas or fields.
The Internship program runs for a maximum of 12 months.
Preference shall be given to the following institutions of Learning;
University of Zambia, The Copperbelt University, Zambia Centre for Accounting
Studies ZCAS, University of Lusaka, Mulungushi University, Evelyn Hone
College, and NIPA.
